Mr Harding braved the slime today all for a good cause. Donations will still be accepted next week, thanks.
Today we went to Bluebell Woods to look for signs of autumn. We found lots of leaves that had fallen off of trees and some chestnuts and acorns on the ground. It was a little muddy on our walk and some of us slid around the place but it was all good fun.
Well done to all the children last week!
For today’s KS1 assemmbley Jamie from Caterlink came to talk to us about healthy foods. We learnt that fruit has seeds on the inside, although strawberries are an exception to the rule. Apparently there are 253 seeds on every strawberry, I wonder if you could prove this?
We had a great afternoon we our parents, creating Rangoli patterns for Diwali. We used chalks on the playground and special Rangoli sand to create our masterpieces.
We had a great time at UKSA today trying to catch crabs 🦀We had to be really careful on the pontoons, luckily no one fell in. To end our great morning we all sat together and had a biscuit and hot chocolate 😋
